Panoramique is perched in the hills above Mormoiron with fabulous views in every direction! This luxurious accommodation offers space and privacy, yet is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village. Mormoiron is hugely popular as a starting point for cycling, hill walking and other outdoor activities in the Giant of Provence, the Mont Ventoux.

Both the living area and the ground floor bedroom open out onto the pergola covered terrace.

From the elevated position of the terraced swimming pool, sit back and watch the sun fall over the distant horizon whilst sipping a glass of chilled white wine.

Panoramique is a modern villa. You are immediately struck therefore by the lengths the owners have gone to in the build of the property to give the feeling of rustic warmth. The communal areas on ground floor are laid to stone except for the lounge area which has a wooden parquet finish. The ceilings are genuine timber beams and lats.

This TV room (with surround sound cinema) is ideal for entertaining kids. The room is set slightly away from the other communal areas in the house allowing adults the peace and quiet they so readily deserve!

This is the master bedroom with the en-suite shower room and sauna room, as shown in the images below. Interestingly, the timber lats used to support the ceiling in this room are wallnut. The view from these elevated windows is the best in the house, spectacular!

An ideal kids room on the ground floor, a sofa and writing desk below, and a double bed on the mezzanine above.

This is the ground floor bedroom, which has french windows leading out onto the terrace. Once again the bedroom benefits from a sturdy worktable.

The swimming pool is separated from the garden by a gated fence for the protection of children. From this elevated position you have a privelaged view of the valley before you, running as far as the Mont Ventoux to the left, and the hills to the right, the other side of which begins the Luberon National Park.

When you enter the villa from the front door you find yourself in the main living area, with the lounge to your left and the open plan kitchen to your right which is fully equipped with microwave, dish washer etc.

The lounge has huge french windows with wonderful views. For winter lets there is a two-sided fireplace which is easily capable of heating the entire villa.

This is an office area which is located on the landing at the top of the stairs. A baby cot is normally left here should you need it.

This is the 'Cottage' which is an independant studio in the front garden capable of sleeping 4 people.

On the ground floor you have a double bedroom. There are steep steps climbing to the mezzanine where there is further sleeping arrangements for 2 people, but you need to be nimble!
