Le Vendoux is a charming, detached house sitting in the outskirts of Flassan, an unspoiled Provençal village nestled in the foothills of the Mont Ventoux.

This is the new patio area, which has french windows coming from the new bedroom. from here you have a clear view of the garden, and a wonderful Mont Ventoux scenery.

From the South and West facing covered terrace you enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside as well as the ancient village church.

The modern kitchen is of course fully equipped. The glass panelled door leads to a large storage area where bikes etc can be safely guarded.

The new double bedroom, with French windows opening into the garden, has its own en-suite facilities.

The swimming pool is brand new, glistening sky blue. The views from the poolside are wonderful with an unobscured view of the Giant of Provence, the Mont Ventoux.

The comfortable lounge, with its wood burning fire and extensive selection of English books is light and airy, offering SKY TV as well as the internet point and WIFI.

A twin and a double bedroom share the bathroom shown above.

This photograph was taken on 2 July 2010. All of the works have been finished to the pool, terracing and the laying of the lawn.
The owners will be concentrating on planting and watering for the next couple of weeks.

They have also been working hard on what was a neglected garden. To the rear of the house they have discovered apple, pear, cherry and fig trees and have planted a peach. There are also an orchard of what could be damsons and several sloes in the hedges. From the terrace, with its grape vine, can be seen a cherry tree, an almond, a plum and several olives.

The lawn has automatic irrigation to ensure a good green turf right through the season.
