The terrace itself is covered by a pergola which offers relief from the midday sun. From here you will be charmed by the beauty of the garden, which completely surrounds the house. There are a variety of trees and shrubs which provide a wonderful contrast to the landscape. Of course the trees provide a mottled shade during the summer heat, as well as giving real pleasure to the eye.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances you would expect of a home lived in most of the time, except a tumble-drier. There is a pantry area making it simple to stock provisions. There is an ironing room as well.

Les Cicadas is a 5 bedroom property, each of the rooms enjoying french windows. The rooms are clean, light and very well presented. There are 5 portable fans at the property, and portable air conditioning units are a possibility (at extra cost). Please enquire about this.

All ground floor bedrooms have external doors which lead directly out into the landscaped garden.

The house is lived in by its owner most of the year which adds another dimension to the house. You sense the warmth and character normally unassociated with holiday rentals. There is a gas BBQ suitable for the size of the accommodation and a table-tennis table.
