Situated on top of a hill, with fabulous panoramic views, the property is set in more than three hectares of wooded land and is surrounded by vineyards. It is only 3 kilometres to the village of Laudun and perfectly located for visiting the historic cities of Avignon, Orange, Uzes and Nimes.  
The owners spent more than four years carefully renovating this wonderful house. No expense has been spared and every comfort has been considered whilst framing the modern interior with the lovely original stone exterior. This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday or for entertaining clients or business associates and is also perfect for fashion shoots, filming , weddings or large parties. A chef is available for dinner parties, and massages and spa treatments can easily be organised. Private tours are available to the many delights of this ravishing part of France and there are also riding excursions departing from the Mas. |

The enormous terrace has a vast dining table, comfortable seating and a retractable canopy. Floodlit at night it is both romantic and practical, with a feature polished concrete floor and slender slate pillars providing original architectural focus.  The gardens have all been beautifully landscaped and there is an abundance of olive trees, lavender and oleander. For those interested in walking, the surrounding countryside is a veritable feast for the eyes, with wonderful panoramic views to the South and delightful lanes along which to stroll. |
Just off the terrace is a fully-equipped summer kitchen with barbecue, fridge and dishwasher.  |
Many guests will be only too happy to stay by the gorgeous swimming-pool, but for those feeling somewhat more energetic there is a beautifully maintained and lit clay tennis court, where tennis lessons can also be arranged on request. The nearby boules court will satisfy those really wishing to embrace the French way of life and inside there is a dedicated Billiard Room with huge windows overlooking the courtyard below.  |
 The sitting-room is a fascinating blend of old and new. The vast stone fireplace provides life and warmth for winter visitors and there is an upright piano for those of a musical bent. Younger guests will enjoy the pinball machine and everyone will appreciate the comfortable white leather sofas. Off the sitting-room there is a spacious downstairs WC with a fully-equipped laundry room beyond. |
The spacious and light dining room has a vast table suitable for seating up to 14 people, an enormous feature fireplace and two stunning Burmese statues. There is also a large well-stocked cellar with a wide selection of locally produced wine as well as champagne.  |

The super, modern kitchen has a huge central island and is equipped with everything even the most professional of cooks might require. Polished concrete has once more been used on the floor to great effect and the sink and work surfaces have used the same material, this time in soft grey. If the idea of cooking seems all too much, catering services are available on request. |
What can one say about the cinema room, other than it is fabulous! Separated from the sitting-room by a large sliding door, it features a Bang & Olufsen Home Cinema system with a huge drop-down screen There is also a wall-mounted plasma TV, collection of DVD's and large, incredibly comfy leather sofas on which to lie back and enjoy the whole viewing experience. |

 The house boasts 6 bedrooms with Queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms and a huge Master Bedroom. Each room has been decorated in a different colour and all have original art at the head of the bed. |
For those wishing, or needing, to work during their holiday, there is a large office at the entrance to the house, with ample workspace and a large library of both French and English books.There is WiFi throughout the property and an internal telephone system between all the bedrooms.  |

 All the basins have been crafted to order and the theme of polished concrete, which features elsewhere in the house, has been continued in both bedrooms and bathrooms where different colours have been used for the floors and showers in each room.  |

The master bedroom is straight out of a film! A vast 60 square meters, it has a King size bed and an enormous en-suite bathroom with sunken spa bath and two showers. Imagine waking in the morning with a spectacular view of the fabulous swimming-pool right in front of you! |

 What better way to unwind at the end of a busy day lying by the pool than with a sauna?! This traditional sauna is ideally placed to serve all the bedrooms and is roomy enough for 4 people. |
 The use of striking colours throughout means that each room has its own special character and feel. Bed linen and soft furnishings have been carefully co-ordinated with modern art, and additional touches, such as fluffy white dressing-gowns, all combine to create a feeling of luxury and calm.  |

The fabulous heated swimming pool measures 17x6 metres and is surrounded by a large wooden deck off which there is a jasmine-covered pergola giving shade to the ample loungers. The chic summer kitchen is fully-equipped with sink, dishwasher, espresso machine, large American fridge and plentiful cutlery and glassware. There is also a barbecue for anyone wishing to try out their culinary skills. The Mas is equipped with a high-tech integral indoor and outdoor sound system, allowing guests to listen to their music anywhere in the property. This, combined with the beautiful floodlighting, makes the whole pool area a magical place both by day and night.  |
