Specifications of swimming pool:  There are several places to dine outdoors, including this one under a vine covered pergola.  This is the first of the two huge sitting rooms. The second sitting room (left) has beautiful furniture and two pianos, one that works and one that's in retirement. There is also a harp, but purely there for decorative purposes.  The kitchen is simple and Provencal. This has been achieved because there are rooms leading from the kitchen where modern equipment is stored. The open fireplace is perhaps the focal point of the breakfast area. |
 The mature garden offers mottled shade and has allowed the owners to plant a variety of shrubs that would normally struggle in the full Provençal sun. These borders are lovingly tended ensuring colour right through the season. |
The pool house at the head of the 12 x 6 metre swimming pool, with its Roman steps, has a shower room and is equipped with work-out apparatus. Alternatively there's a sofa for those who find the whole experience too tiring! |

 Thanks to the Roman steps at both ends of the 12 x 6 metre swimming pool you have the impression that it is much larger. There is a Roman feel to the pool area, provided by the terra cotta tiles, the stone borders and the large plant pots. The mature trees surrounding the pool area provide perspective and a real sense of privacy. |
